#1 What guaranty to you offer?

    We offer total satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will reimburse you the totality of the amount you paid for the product, minus the transaction’s fees.

#2 What are the delays for delivery?

    When you order, you have the choice between two types of products, one slow and one fast. The slow transport arrives normally within 4 or 6 weeks, and the fast transport should take less than 15 working days. There is a third choice; an ultra fast delivery might be obtainable that, although the fees are quite high, promised delivery either in less than 48 hours or 5 working days. For information on the ultra fast delivery, you must contact us by email.

#3 Can there be side effects with wolfberries and medicaments?

    According to large researches, there are no known effects between dried wolfberries and medications; however, this does not remove the possibility of such a case appearing. However, Chinese studies believe that they might react with medications of type “Warfarine”, however, there has been no real life cases where this occurred. So, for security sake, if you are under treatment, start taking a minimal dosage of wolfberries, about 3 to 4 fruits morning and night. If all goes well, augment the dosages by one fruit each day.

     Please note that dry wolfberries to not react the same way as modified wolfberries such as the juice. Since in the case of wolfberry juice, there are indeed problems that arise when one takes medicaments.

    The only secondary effect known from a normal consummation of wolfberries is a light head and belly ache during the first days they are taken. This is a normal effect and it proves that the fruits are starting to do their job. These aches are caused by a rapid elimination of toxins within the body. So to evade these syndrome, start with only 4 or 5 fruits morning and night, and gradually reach the value of 20 by augmenting the amount by one each day.

#4 I cannot (or do not wish to) use your website do order, is there any other      way to pay?

    Sadly, no shop in Europe officially sells our Lycium Barbarum wolfberries. Within certain parts of Canada, it is possible to meet a representative of GojiPremium in person. Communicate to us by email for more information.

    You can, however, pay by using cheques; however, there will be a delay of about 60 days and here is the explanation; we usually receive your cheque 15 days after you posted it. Then, all the cheques we place within our bank are instantly frozen for 25 days. When we finally receive the money, we immediately post your command, which will arrive at destination 15 days later. #5 Is it possible to grow wolfberries in my country?

    Wild Wolfberries may be found in Tibet, Mongolia and western China. These locations are also where it is the most cultivated. They require a temperate climate, from -20°C in winter, to 25°C in summer. However, even if it is possible to cultivate it outside of Asia, the fruit cannot reach the same level of nutrition and of benevolence then when cultivated in its home country. According to researches, the fruit contains the highest therapeutic qualities when grown in the region of NingXia, which is situated in eastern Tibet. One must note that Tibet is part of China. The earth, the air, the water from the mountains and the altitude all contributes on the quality of this exceptional fruit. This is why wolfberries sold by GojiPremium come from the region of NingXia, so that we can offer you the best quality.

#6 Is it possible to contact you by phone?

    Sadly, we do not yet offer phone services. For all questions, communicate us by email and we will answer as fast a possible!

#7 How much wolfberries are there per bag?

Each bags of wolfberry Lycium Barbarum sold by GojiPremium contains 18 ounces (1/2 kg) of dried fruits.

#8 How long does a bag of wolfberry last?

    If you consume 15 fruits day and night, a bag will last 65 days.

#9 How can one consume wolfberries?

    The best method renowned for its results is to consume a handful of these dried fruits day and night, which does about 35 to 40 fruits a day. You can double this dosage, or even better, take 20 fruits 4 times a day if you suffer from a chronic disease. However, it is always better to take small dosage during the first days for reasons explained at the end of question #3 of these FAQs.

#10 Where are your wolfberries cultivated?

    The totality of the wolfberries sold by GojiPremium are the variety known as Lycium Barbarum, and are cultivated in the region of NingXia, which you can see on most maps of the world, on the borders of Tibet (West of China). Question #6 of these FAQs gives you more information on this specific region.

#11 What are the differences between "Lycium Barbarum", and the        "Lycium Chinense" (known as the "Lycium Tibeticum")?

    There exist over 80 varieties of wolfberries known as "Lycium". Only 2 of these are well known.  The "Lycium Barbarum" and the "Lycium Chinense" (also known as the "Lycium Tibeticum").  The Lycium Barbarum is the ONLY ONE that contains all the properties that we so often talk about. "Lycium Chinense" is sold in most Chinese markets as typical food from China. However, the Lycium Chinense does not contain ANY polysaccharides and has much lower amount of antioxidants. The name "Lycium Tibeticum" does not exist within any botanic repertories. It is said to have been invented recently so that it can be sold as a supposedly new and unique product.

#12 I wish to sell your wolfberries in a large quantity, is it possible to obtain a        better price than the one posted on your site?

    We have already lowered our price to the maximum for orders of 12 bags with slow delivery for people interested to buy cheaper and to resell it at market price. However, it is possible to negotiate through email for amounts as large as 50 bags of Wolfberries.

#13 How to you justify the difference in price between regions and quantities?

    What mainly influences the price is the transportation fees. Since these fees aren’t the same all around the world, we thought it wise to apply these differences on our website. However, the larger the package, the cheaper the fees if we divide the amount of bags contained. This is why we can offer different prices for different package size.

#14 I buy some of your wolfberries and I resell them (private or commercial). Can I post my information on your site?

    With pleasure! Many people send us emails to know where they can buy some of our wolfberries in person. Sadly, no commerce that isn’t on the net officially sells our product. Be the first one to post your publicity on our website! Contact us by email for more information.

#15 I wish to resell wolfberries and to have my own website. Can you help me?

    If you are satisfied of our website and do not ask us for the moon, we can freely create you a website. However, you must send your texts, images, and colour preferences by email. If you require services, for example the configuration of buttons, answers to the questions of your clients, etc...Certain fees may apply. Send us an email for more details.

#16 For how long can wolfberries maintain there properties?

    The fruits sold by GojiPremium may conserve a 100% of their properties for a year. Pass these delays, they will still be in perfect conditions, however, some properties will start to disappear.

#17 Are your wolfberries biologic and acquired through fair trade?

    Our fruits are biologic and cultivated through fair trades. We possess three certifications that show that our fruits are fully biologic. The first is an American certification, the second is a Chinese one, and that last is a Universal certification, which is very hard to obtain since it demands extremely strict prerequisites. The certification numbers will soon be obtainable on this website.

#18 I suffer from such and such sickness, could wolfberries be good for me?

    Probably. We already have testimonies within our archives of most sickness dealt with by our fruit. However, it isn’t everyone that reacts to wolfberries the same way, since it is a fruit, and thus natural treatment. The best way to know is to try it! Health as no price. Best to live poor and healthy then rich and sick.

#19 Can we find wolfberries in stores?

    It is possible to find wolfberries in stores within North America (and Asia of course). However, it is extremely rare to find fresh Lycium Barbarum, which are less than a year old. Also, their fruit are almost always inside small transparent bags. This permits the light to alter the fruits. As a result, you end up buying a fruit without any properties!
