Juice, Fruits, or
tablets?
Which among these
are the best? The dried fruit of course!
In nature, everything is already BALANCE. As soon
as man modifies a fruit, we destroy this balance. Wolfberries
contain a large amount of minerals and vitamins, and
a large amount of these are instantly lost as soon as
the fruit is modified.
Also, other than juice, all other products are usually
made out of concentrated wolfberries. So,
any concentrated product taken during a long period
of time creates toxins, which causes the body
to immunize itself from its effects, seeing as an over
dosage. So what is the point of taking antioxidants,
if in the long run, it creates toxins? Not to mention
that your body will start defending itself against vitamins
and will start to use less of them. Consuming such modified
products will eventually diminish your quality of life.
Such secondary effects never occur when one consumes
the actual fruit, since, being not transformed, it is
simply food, and that is how your body recognizes it.
Now, the reason why the juice isn’t the best product
either is simply. It is impossible
to buy 100% pure wolfberry juice that wasn’t pasteurised
or modified in any way. Also, most juice that
claims to be made of wolfberries, often contain 90%
of other juices. Always check the ingredients!
The problem with modified juice is that the fruit’s
skin and seeds are often eliminated, and with them,
many of the properties of wolfberries. As an example,
the fruit itself contains 13% more proteins then in
whole wheat, however, the juice doesn’t
even contain 1% of those proteins.
Most wolfberry juice comes from dried fruits. So,
it is only logical that it cannot have more than
then the raw product. Also, it is important to note
that, contradictory to certain rumours: “No wolfberries
may be legally exported FRESH and in their original
form (non-dried) from the regions they are cultivated.”
